We collect personal details such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers when users submit listings, request doctor profile verifications, or submit inquiries through our contact forms.
Additionally, our healthcare platform does not require account creation to browse, ensuring anonymous access for general patients without tracking personal credentials.
2. Use of Information
The information collected is strictly used to manage and audit doctor listings, verify BMDC registrations, review volunteer contributions, and respond directly to user questions.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or distribute your email addresses or contact details to third-party advertisers or marketing agencies.
3. Cookies & Advertising Policy (Google AdSense)
We use cookies and local storage to save user preferences and improve browsing efficiency. In addition, third-party vendors, including Google AdSense, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other sites across the web.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its network partners to serve relevant advertisements to users based on their visit history. Users can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (https://www.google.com/settings/ads).

We do not process or store clinical medical logs or patient treatment records. All communication routed to our server is protected using secure SSL/TLS encryption protocols.
If you wish to request deletion of your listings or public submissions, contact us directly and our database admin team will process it within 24-48 hours.
5. ChatGPT Plugin & AI Assistant Booking Data Handling
5.1 Booking Data Collected
When patients schedule doctor appointments via our ChatGPT Plugin or AI Assistant, we collect only essential booking data: Patient Full Name, 11-digit Bangladeshi WhatsApp Number, preferred appointment date, and the selected Doctor/Chamber identifier.
5.2 Sharing with Healthcare Providers & Chambers
To validate and register the appointment slot, booking details (Patient Name, Serial Reference #KDH-B-XXXX, date, and contact number) are securely shared exclusively with the designated doctor's authorized chamber or hospital reception desk. We never sell, lease, or share booking details with external advertisers or data brokers.
5.3 Automated WhatsApp Notifications & Digital Passes
The patient's provided WhatsApp number is strictly used to automatically dispatch their 380px digital patient pass, QR validation code, clinic directions, and live appointment queue updates. We do not send unsolicited marketing broadcasts or promotional spam.
5.4 Data Retention & Cloud Security
All appointment transmissions are protected with TLS 1.3 in transit and stored with AES-256 encryption at rest within our Cloudflare D1 edge database. Booking records are retained for an operational period of 90 days for chamber verification and queue auditing, after which patient personally identifiable information (PII) is automatically anonymized.
5.5 Patient Data Deletion Rights
Patients have the right to request immediate erasure of their contact and booking records from our database at any time. For privacy inquiries or deletion requests, contact privacy@khulnadoctorshub.com or our support portal, and requests will be fulfilled within 24-48 business hours.
