1. Acceptable Use & Purpose
Khulna Doctors Hub is an open regional healthcare platform designed to help the general public locate verified medical chambers and contact numbers. Commercial scraping, spamming, or unauthorized database replication is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to bypass any security features, harvest listings using automated scripts, or crawl pages for bulk database extraction.
2. Profile Submission & Contributor Guidelines
When submitting clinic schedules, new provider entries, or requesting profile updates, you must provide valid registration credentials and authentic clinic hotline numbers.
Submitting fraudulent BMDC registration licenses or spamming the contributor wizard is strictly prohibited. The administration reserves the right to blacklist IP addresses and block false entries immediately.
3. Third-Party Chambers & Visiting Fees
Visiting fees, chamber schedules, and hotline slots displayed on our platform are verified periodically. However, medical practitioners and hospital managers retain absolute control to change operational slots and rates without prior notice.
We encourage users to contact the respective clinic or chamber manager directly before traveling or completing booking inquiries to ensure slot and fee alignment.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All logos, custom website layouts, visual styles, and platform database architectures compiled on Khulna Doctors Hub are copyrighted assets. They may not be reproduced, sold, or mirrored without prior written consent from us.
5. ChatGPT Plugin & AI Booking Terms of Service
5.1 AI Intermediary Role & Non-Emergency Notice
The Khulna Doctors Hub ChatGPT Plugin and AI Assistant operate strictly as an informational healthcare discovery and appointment scheduling intermediary. It is not an emergency response provider or clinical diagnostic tool. In any acute or life-threatening medical emergency (such as severe chest pain, stroke symptoms, acute respiratory trauma, or poisoning), users must bypass the plugin and proceed immediately to the nearest hospital emergency room.
5.2 Digital Serial Passes & Chamber Scheduling
Digital passes generated via the plugin (#KDH-B-XXXX) represent queue serial registration with the doctor's chamber. Visiting times and queue sequences may be subject to delays or adjustments due to emergency surgeries, clinic schedules, or provider availability managed directly by hospital authorities.
5.3 WhatsApp Notification Consent
By providing a WhatsApp number during appointment scheduling, the user explicitly consents to receiving their 380px digital patient pass, QR verification receipt, and serial queue notifications via automated WhatsApp dispatch.
5.4 No Direct In-Plugin Payment Collection
Khulna Doctors Hub and its ChatGPT plugin do not collect, process, or charge consultation fees or digital wallet transactions inside the chat interface. All physician consultation fees, hospital admission costs, and diagnostic laboratory charges are paid directly and in-person by the patient at the doctor's chamber or hospital reception desk.
